Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of progressive experience in IT management roles, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s entire IT infrastructure, driving technology initiatives, and ensuring the effective operation of our systems to support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet the evolving information technology needs of the organization, aligning with overall business goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support for day-to-day operations, project execution, and professional development.
Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Manage the budget and resources for IT projects, including hardware, software, and external vendors, to optimize cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, security systems, and cloud-based technologies.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement appropriate security measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive digital transformation initiatives, enhance user experience, and improve operational efficiency.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on business operations and recommending adoption strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
15-20 years of progressive experience in IT management roles, with a proven track record of success in leading and transforming IT departments.
Expertise in strategic planning, project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Strong technical background with proficiency in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, or relevant vendor-specific certifications are desirable.
Experience in industries such as Telecom, FMCG, or similar sectors is a plus.
