About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP ERP Developer to join Baylor Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP ERP solutions that enhance our clients’ business operations. Your expertise in SAP ERP and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions will be pivotal in driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
– Develop, customize, and enhance SAP ERP modules to meet specific business requirements.
– Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
– Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using SAP ABAP and related technologies.
– Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of SAP ERP solutions.
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP systems, addressing issues and ensuring system stability.
– Document technical designs, development processes, and system configurations.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
– Stay updated on the latest SAP ERP technologies and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– Extensive experience with SAP ABAP programming and SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
– Strong knowledge of SAP ERP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and HCM.
– Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
– Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
– Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Experience with other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
– Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
