About the Role:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of our new SAP ERP system. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and successful transition, driving project execution within budget and on schedule.
In this role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise in SAP ERP alongside your proven project management skills to guide a cross-functional team and deliver a best-in-class solution.

Responsibilities:
Lead the entire SAP ERP implementation lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through to go-live and post-implementation support.
Partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand and translate business requirements into a comprehensive project scope.
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Manage project budgets and ensure all expenditures are within approved limits.
Oversee system configuration, data migration, user training, and testing activities.
Collaborate with technical teams, including developers, system administrators, and consultants, to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
Manage risks and issues effectively, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and formulating mitigation plans.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established best practices.
Track project progress, generate comprehensive reports, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Manufacturing, Human Resources) and their functionalities.
Strong experience in leading end-to-end SAP ERP implementations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects
Experience implementing another ERP system (e.g., IFS, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
Prior experience working within an IT Project Management Office (PMO) environment at any level.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
